Quincy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will be hosting a seminar during the regular class times on Sunday, 12/16/2012 (1:30-3:30 p.m.), with Open Mat following immediately after.  This is an All-School class, so youth and adults alike are welcome.  This seminar will be taught by T-Town MMA guests, Jesse McLaughlin and Val Rios.
